Services/Billing Policy:
"A River Runs By It Lodge" is a Bed & Breakfast facility offering 5 bedrooms, a family room, and a million-dollar environment. It is located on 16 acres of prime riverfront property in the heart of South Eastern Idaho's recreation country near Yellowstone National Park. We offer rooms for singles, couples, families, or groups; each including homemade breakfast and afternoon tea. Rooms are priced (in US Dollars) and reserved by the day. All applicable taxes and fees will be included in your final reservation cost. A deposit is required when making a reservation, and final payment is required upon departure.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:
If you cancel your reservation 14 days or more prior to the arrival date, your deposit will be fully refunded. If you cancel between 13 days and 5 days of your arrival, then you will forfeit your deposit. If you cancel within 4 days of your arrival, you will be billed for the cost of one day's lodging.

Pet Policy:
Pets are restricted. If you are bringing your pet on vacation with you, please contact our reservation specialist in advance for permission. Even if permission to bring your pet is granted, there will be a $10.00 per stay extra charge for each pet. All pets must be in a kennel, provided by the pet owner, and/or on a leash at all times.

Smoking Policy:
"A River Runs By It Lodge" is a non-smoking facility. We do not permit smoking anywhere within the facility. Smoking in a non-smoking area will result in a $100 per night cleaning fee.

Privacy Policies:
"A River Runs By It Lodge" takes every precaution to protect our customers' information. When customers submit sensitive information via "A River Runs By It Lodge" website, the information is protected both online and offline.

When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information, such as a credit card number, that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry – SSL. While on a secure page, such as our reservation order form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers like Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to unlocked, or open, when you are just 'surfing'.

While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect users' information offline. All of our users' information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, our billing clerk or a reservation specialist) are granted access to personally identifiable information. ALL employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. Every quarter, as well as any time new policies are added, our employees are notified and/or reminded about the importance we place on privacy, and what they can do to ensure our customers' information is protected. Finally, the servers on which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure, locked environment. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges. In the unlikely event you are subject to fraudulent charges as a result of making a reservation through ARiverRunsByItLodge.com, we will cover your liability up to $50. This applies ONLY if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own while using "A River Runs By It Lodge" secure servers, AND providing you notified your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

Our "A River Runs By It Lodge" secure servers use the latest industry standard encryption software (SSL) to protect your personal information.
